This report was produced with funding from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation after consultation with disabled people about how they want service providers to support their sexual rights.

The book includes ideas for discussion and agenda setting. It sets out in a charter key principles including a rights model which emphasises autonomy, visible role models, user-led services, access to a broad range of services which regularly evaluate their service provision and staff roles which focus on assistance rather than care.

The aim of this book is to provide essential reference material for people working in the field of HIV and learning disability.
